VCoPs

Why VCoPs?

Welcome to our Virtual Communities of Practice (VCoP) — a  dedicated environment for cultivating collaboration, facilitating knowledge exchange, and promoting sustained professional growth.

How is the platform structured?

ProLearn
Here you'll find information about the ProCon training courses. These courses will be available for on-demand participation at any time. The Courses will launch in 2026 and will focus on the following areas: innovation and entrepreneurship in healthcare, resilience and flexible work practices, and continence care in nursing homes. The ProCon training courses will be hosted on Ubiqua—an open-source educational platform managed by the Universitat de Vic. More information will be available soon.
NETWORKING
The VCoP offers private LinkedIn groups where members can engage in discussions, exchange insights, and support one another. These groups provide space to build relationships, foster collective learning, share best practices and innovative approaches, and exchange constructive feedback. Through mutual learning and collaboration, you can deepen your understanding of key ProCon themes while refining your own practices. By joining the VCoP you can request access to one of the LinkedIn groups.
REPERTOIRE OF RESOURCES
This section serves as a shared collection of materials, where members can access and contribute valuable content such as case studies, research findings, best practices, and personal experiences. These resources complement discussions in the Networking section within LinkedIn groups by providing supporting materials, real-world examples, and expert knowledge – ensuring a dynamic and evolving exchange of ideas.
