More specifically, ProCon will deliver the following key results, driving improvements in care quality, operational efficiency, and long-term impact across nursing homes.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Healthcare: Focused on new labour opportunities in gerontology, technological skills and sustainability, this course will empower healthcare professionals to deliver innovative care.
Resilience and Flexible Work Practices: This course will foster resilience and teamwork while introducing new work practices and digital tools to enhance well-being and engagement in long-term care.
Continence Care in Nursing Homes: The ProCon team will conduct a multinational pragmatic study to assess the effects of the training courses in the improvement of continence care in nursing home residents.
