Turku University of Applied Sciences is a leading institution of applied sciences in Finland, with a strong focus on educational development, project management, and workplace well-being. With extensive experience in Erasmus+ projects such as SAPHA and EHECADI, the university specialises in designing tailored training programmes for professionals. In the PROCON project, it will lead the training efforts, pilot the project’s educational programmes in Finland in collaboration with nursing homes, and contribute to the development of training tools for healthcare professionals.
