Presentation Title:

Co-creating a Framework for Social and Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Nursing Homes. ProCon Project

During her presentation, Ramona introduced a recommendation framework designed within the European ProCon project to promote social and technological innovation in nursing homes.

The framework was developed through a four-hour co-creation workshop applying the Turning Tables method and the EntreComp framework, where 18 participants collaborated to identify innovation priorities.

Key findings from the workshop:

  •  The need for interdisciplinary collaboration
  • The importance of motivation and resilience among professionals
  • The value of person-centered care, targeted training, and adequate funding

Key takeaway:

Sustainable innovation in elderly care relies on creativity, collective effort, and strategic resource mobilization. We are proud to see ProCon’s research being shared at such significant professional forums, contributing to the future of elderly care across Europe.
